Aditi Balan, who rose to fame with just one film - Aruvi - and garnered critical acclaim as well as a huge fan following, says that she was flooded with offers post Aruvi’s release, but none were interesting. “I am looking for scripts where I have a scope to prove my talents and also something which is challenging. But, what I was getting was uninspiring. That’s the reason I have not signed my second film. Anyways, I am not in a hurry,” the lawyer turned actress says.
Ask her if she is keen only to work in female centric films like in her debut film, pat she replies, “I never said anything anywhere like this. I am not averse to act in films with big heroes provided my role is meaty and not clichéd stuff.”
Having got the long break because of the film strike, Aditi has been pursuing her passion of dance, taking part in a few dance programmes.
