Daniel Balaji, who is gearing up for the shoot of Vada Chennai in March is upbeat about the responses he received for his performance in Bairavaa.

We have seen Daniel Balaji’s emotional yet menacing performance in Vijay’s Bairavaa, which earned him a lot of appreciation in the film circuit. Now, the actor is busy shooting for Gaurav Narayanan’s Ippadai Vellum, starring Udhayanidhi Stalin and Manjima Mohan. With exciting offers on hand, Daniel is leaving no stone unturned.

The latest update is that the actor has been roped in to play a character with negative shades in director Selvah’s upcoming film, reportedly titled Vanangamudi. “I am so excited to be a part of this film, and I will be seen as a stylish villain for a change,” he starts off his conversation. The film stars Arvind Swami, Ritika Singh and Nandita Swetha in the lead roles. Also, Arvind Swami and Nandita will be playing cops. “I will be joining the sets from March. For the first time, I am working with Arvind Swami sir and he has excelled as a villain in Thani Oruvan. Now, I find it challenging to outperform him in this film. I am looking forward to imbibe the characteristics of my role and give my best,” he shares.

Many people were surprised to see me in that role as I had to be villainous and a perfect husband to my wife as well,” he concludes.
