Mahima Nambiar, who is awaiting the release of Arun Vijay starrer Kuttram 23, made her debut with Saatai. Later, she went on to star in Ennamo Nadakkudhu and Mosakutty, which fetched a name for her in the industry. Now, the actress has been signed on to play a meaty role in her upcoming film.
Mahima will be romancing GV Prakash in director Ravi Arasu’s upcoming film titled Ayngaran. Confirming the news, director Ravi says, “Mahima will be portrayed as a cute and bubbly girl in the film. This project will definitely be a landmark in her career. We are commencing the shooting of Ayngaran on February 20 in Chennai. As of now, we haven’t erected any sets for the movie and we will be shooting in live locations near Chennai airport.”
Earlier, we had reported that Ayngaran is a full-length city-based action flick in which GV Prakash will be seen as a mechanical engineer with a suave look. It was also speculated then that actress Madonna Sebastian would play the female lead. Produced by B Ganesh, this film will be on the lines of Ravi Arasu’s previous directorial, Eetti.
