The Weeknd shows off new hair and new song

Singer debuts new look and new track on Instagram Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, better known as hit Canadian R&B singer The Weeknd with his eccentric hairdo, has revealed a whole new look and persona online. After deleting all of his Instagram posts on his personal Instagram profile, @ abelxo, he debuted a new profile (@theweeknd) teasing his upcoming album Starboy, whose title track was just released as well.

What really got users excited, however, was the new look that the Weeknd debuted, chopping off his weave locks and showing off a trimmed look, with some fans’ comments reading “Omg love the new hair” and “Abel you’re rocking that new haircut dude”.
