Jussie calls himself gay tupac

Actor and singer Jussie Smollett has bounced back on stage marking his first public appearance ever since the Chicago attack on him, an incident that police have called “racially motivated”, reports EOnline.com.

The Empire actor told the crowd at the Troubadour club, “I am not fully healed yet, but I’m going to, and I’m going to stand strong with ya’ll.” He continued, “I had to be here tonight, y’all. I couldn’t let those motherf**kers win. So I will always stand for love. I will never stand for anything other than that. Regardless of what anyone else says, I will only stand for love and I hope that you all stand with me. And above all, I fought the f**k back. I’m the gay Tupac (sic).”
