On Friday, actor Ryan Reynolds received the highest honour from Hasty Pudding Theatricals, the oldest social club in the United States for Harvard students, it was reported by JustJared.com.
Reynolds received the 2017 Man of the Year award from the Harvard society at the Harvard University, Cambridge, for his contributions to the world of entertainment. He also received a tour of the campus and was given the pudding pot. The past recipients of the award are actors such as Robert De Niro, Clint Eastwood, Tom Hanks and Harrison Ford.
During his speech, the Deadpool actor, who was roasted by the members of the club, revealed his proudest moment as a parent. “Just seeing my older daughter be so infatuated with our younger daughter, who’s four months old. Seeing her kiss her and hug her and hold her, it kinda crushed me. But would put anyone else to sleep (sic),” Reynolds said.
