With as many as four upcoming films as a solo lead — director Rohit Roy’s directoral for Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ram Gopal Varma’s Arrest, Prabhudeva’s Lefty and Priyadarshan’s Bachchan Singh —Abhishek Bachchan plans to up the ante on his brand endorsements front too. The actor is said to be in talks with brands to sign him on. Apart from endorsing a cellular network giant and a home appliance major with his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek has not done too many endorsements. This is said to be a cause for concern as far as his current projects go.
Abhishek has had only a handful of releases in the past few years, and extremely few with him as a lead, which has apparently adversely affected his brand endorsement deals. Now that Abhishek has a number of films and if all goes well, Bachchan Junior could well be on your TV screens again.
