When earlier this year Richa Chadda was made the offer to attend two international film festivals in Moscow and Spain, the actress was in a fix since it coincided with the dates of her film Fukrey Returns. We now learn that the actress has turned down an Indo- French film to avoid delay in the shoot of the same film.
We had earlier reported that the shoot of Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Fukrey Returns has been pushed to December. The Fukrey sequel, which was supposed to have been shot in October, was pushed by a couple of months because Ali Fazal had allotted his dates for Victoria and Abdul featuring Hollywood star Dame Judi Dench.
The film, to be helmed by its original director Mrigdeep Singh Lamba will feature the original cast including Ali Fazal, Varun Sharma, Richa Chadda, Pulkit Samrat and Manjot Singh.
