Shekhar Suman takes dig at Kangana yet again after Simran's box office performance

The actor, whose son was in a relationship with the actress, had an interesting response to the film's collections.

Mumbai: Kangana Ranaut’s relationship and break-up with her ‘Raaz: The Mystery Continues’ co-star Adhyayan Suman made headlines, more so when the latter accused her of performing black magic on him and being subjected to verbal and physical abuse.

Amid the barrage of allegations that Kangana made against Hrithik Roshan and Aditya Pancholi in a much popular interview recently, the actress also opened up about Adhyayan’s allegations and had said, “He was 95 kgs and I was of 49 kgs. How could I ever hit him? I wouldn’t be able to? However, now that I look at it, I should have hit him.”

While Adhyayan had said that he wasn’t even aware of the interview and wasn’t too keen on talking about it either, saying, “It’s okay for people to have opinions and at this time I don’t have one. Will talk soon. Need to get back for my shot.”

However, his father Shekhar Suman seems to have taken a dig at Kangana looking at her latest film ‘Simran’s performance at the box office.

The film earned more than Rs 6 crores at the box office in the first two days, and the collections could at the most be called fair, but a tiny figure considering the numbers of her hits like ‘Queen’ and ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ franchise.

And Shekhar Suman took to Twitter to hint how despite the brouhaha over her latest interviews, there was no result and how it turned out to be much ado about nothing.

This is not the first time Shekhar has taken a dig at Kangana. After the failure of ‘Rangoon’ earlier this year, he had tweeted by how a ‘cocained actress’ had fallen flat on her face.

He also tweeted about someone with ‘bad mouth, bad English, bad acting, bad behaviour’ post her row with Karan Johar over the nepotism debate.
