Mumbai: A teary-eyed Kareena Kapoor Khan was amongst the first to arrive post Shashi Kapoor's demise on December 4th. In fact we could even see her teary-eyed then.
However, she went missing at the recently held prayer meet in Prithvi theatre and we know why.
Kareena was shooting for an advertisement in the city on that day, and carry on the legacy started by Raj Kapoor. Like he had famously said, "The show must go on."
“I still have a song left to shoot for 'Veere Di Wedding'. I am constantly shooting advertisements and also reading scripts,” Kareena had informed Pinkvilla in a recent interview.
Ranbir Kapoor was also in Cape Town, shooting for the Dutt biopic. Hence he too couldn’t make it to the prayer meet like his sister.
