A luxury underwater hotel project has finally received patent approval

Each of its rooms will cost an estimated $3 million to build.

The world of tourism and hospitality will soon see a new first after a luxury underwater hotel project was finally given the okay to go ahead in the US.
The Planet Ocean Underwater Hotel will be constructed in Key West, Florida before it will be shifted to Cuba for further testing. Its design plan features a king size bed, fridge, bathroom and entertainment space and will be able to stay 28 feet below the ocean surface.
It has been estimated that the incredible project will cost an estimated $3 million for each room to be built, according to a report by Unilad.
