Paris terror attacks: Bataclan theatre had previously supported magazine Charlie Hebdo

Paris: The Bataclan theatre had previously supported the magazine Charlie Hebdo after the satirical publication was attacked in January this year.
A photo of the hall shows the marquee with the phrase 'Je Suis Charlie', used in support of the attack's victims according to a report in the Daily Mail.
Gunmen and bombers attacked busy restaurants, bars and a concert hall at locations around Paris on Friday, killing nearly 140 people in what a shaken President Francois Hollande described as an unprecedented terrorist attack.
The apparently coordinated gun and bomb assault came as the country, a founder member of the US-led coalition waging air strikes against Islamic State fighters in Syria and Iraq, was on high alert for terrorist attacks ahead of a global climate conference due to open later this month.
President Hollande visited the scene of the theatre attack later in the night and said, 'To all those who have seen these awful things, I want to say we are going to lead a war which will be pitiless'.
The president declared a state of emergency and 1,500 soldiers were deployed to Paris after the string of violence. French borders were closed to prevent suspects' escape.
