Watch: Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt mock Bollywood dance numbers in their new ‘Shaandaar’ song

Mumbai: While the movie lovers are still grooving on the beats and humming the songs from ‘Shaandaar’, the makers of the film have released yet another track from the movie.

So far, the songs from the film proved to be upbeat and extremely funky and the new Punjabi dance number, ‘Raitaa Phail Gaya’ is no different. Even though the beat isn’t peppy and has a ‘desi’ touch to it, the song still proves to be high on the crazy quotient and surely matches with film’s ‘Shaandaar’ vibe.

In ‘Raitaa Phail Gaya’, we also see Shahid trying his best to make Sanah Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor and Pankaj Kapoor loosen up a little bit and let go on the beats, which they eventually do.

Shahid and Alia's 'Raitaa Phail Gaya' surely breaks the ‘party song’ stereotype that most people have as it mocks and takes a subtle shot at all the basic Bollywood drunk disco songs with its catchy lyrics.

Directed by Vikas Bahl, 'Shaandaar' looks nothing less than a fairy tale saga with a desi touch. The story takes place in an exotic castle in Europe, where two biggest business families from India gather around for a business merger…. We mean, a big fat Indian “Shaandaar” wedding. The film is all set to hit the theatres on October 22, 2015.
