Shraddha Kapoor receives a ‘rocking’ welcome from ‘Rock On 2’ team

Mumbai: After wrapping up her ‘Baaghi’ shoot, Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has joined ‘Rock On 2’ team in Shillong. Shraddha Kapoor flew to Shillong today and received a ‘rocking’ welcome by her film’s team.

The team gifted Shraddha a busket full of delicious and healthy food items. The actress took to her Twitter account to thank film’s director Shujaat Saudagar, producer Ritesh Sidhwani and co-star Farhan Akhtar. She tweeted, “Thank you @excelmovies @ritesh_sid @FarOutAkhtar @ShujaatSaudagar for a rocking welcome to Shillong! #RockOn2”

In the film, Shraddha will join Farhan’s bang ‘Magik’ as a new member. According to reports, In ‘Rock On 2’, the story continues from the first film, and Farhan’s band ‘Magik’ finds a new member, Shraddha’s character, who plays the piano.

Reportedly, the film’s first scheduled shoot will go on for more than 2 months. The team will be shooting in several beautiful locations of Shillong.

'Rock On 2', will see Farhan Akhtar, Arjun, Purab Kohli and Pracchi Desai reprising their roles from the original film. Actress Shraddha Kapoor is an addition to the star cast.
