Mahesh Bhatt’s biopic on small screen

Mumbai: Bollywood has seen lot of biopics but small screen is one space that has been exclusively known for family melodramatic sagas. Putting rest to them, Gurudev Bhalla and Dhaval Gada Productions are coming up with a joint venture on a leading channel. The show is considered to be based on the life of controversial director Mahesh Bhatt.

Rumour mills churned out, Mahesh Bhatt has been very supportive and co-operative for the show. Though the show is at very tender stage, the cast is yet to be finalised. It will be interesting to see Mahesh Bhatt’s excerpts of his own life on television.
