Students and passers-by at the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore were in for a shock last Thursday when they encountered what looked like a reticulated python and a king cobra “fighting” each other on the street.
The reptile wrestling match lasted for about 30 minutes before the cobra, estimated to be around 10 to 12 feet in length, finally “escaped to the bushes”, according to Channel NewsAsia reports.
Fortunately pest officers managed to capture both the snakes, as reported by The Straits Times.
