It’s the season of ghost and horror thrillers, which is taking over Kollywood! Kopperundevi is the latest horror comedy creating a lot of buzz in the industry for its intriguing posters. Aaradhya, a new girl in town is essaying the ghost in the project, which is about a group of people who go in search of a treasure that’s buried underground in a dense forest. But little are they aware that a spirit is guarding the treasure! An ensemble cast of actors skilled at humour including Kovai Sarala, Urvasi, Devadarshini, Singam Puli, VTV Ganesh, Venniraadai Moorthy, Swaminathan, and Manobala comprise the cast.
Debutant Hrishikesh Achudhan Shankar is wielding the megaphone. Our sources say that Kopperundevi is pitted against Anushka’s period film Rani Rudrama Devi for a mid-September release.
