Vedhika and Prithviraj, who were previously seen together in the Tamil period flick Kaviyathalaivan, will be paired opposite each other in the upcoming ace cinematographer Sujith Vasudev’s directorial debut James and Alice, according to reports.
The duo, who play the titular characters in the movie touted to be an out-and-out love story, are being paired opposite each other for the first time.
Though Vedhika was earlier reported to be playing the female lead opposite Prithviraj in the upcoming Nadirsha movie Amar Akbar Anthony, the actress was replaced by Namitha Pramod due to date issues.
The story, written by Sujith Vasudev himself, is being scripted by popular scenarist-filmmaker Dr S. Janardhanan and produced by Dr S. Sajikumar and Krishnan Sethukumar, under the banner Dharmik films. The rest of the star cast and technical crew are yet to be finalised.
