Ratan Tata, Anand Mahindra give K T Rama Rao ideas for super T-Hub

Hyderabad: Telangana IT minister K.T. Rama Rao met top industrialists Ratan Tata and Anand Mahindra in Mumbai on Wednesday to talk about the Telangana state government’s ambitious T-Hub project, which will be the largest technology incubator.
The minister invited Mr Tata to inaugurate the T- Hub building in September. “Mr Tata gave some valuable suggestions on how this incubator can leverage the presence of pharmaceutical industry and the defence and aerospace industry to innovate new products for them,” a statement from the minister’s office said.
The minister called on Mr Mahindra, chairman and MD of the Mahindra Group, later in the day and discussed the possibility of investments by various group companies in Telangana. “Mr Mahindra accepted the minister’s invitation and said he would visit Telangana to discuss potential investments,” the statement read.
Soon after Mr Rama Rao met him, Mr Mahindra tweeted, “Ideas, Intelligence & Integrity. You have all of the above. Best wishes in the task of building a new state.” Mr Rama Rao was accompanied by IT secretary Jayesh Ranjan.
