Mumbai: After a two-week hiatus , comedy king Kapil Sharma is back on Comedy Nights With Kapil this Sunday. Apparently the two episodes aired on the last two Sundays saw a substantial fall in the TRPs while Kapil is touring the US with his Comedy Nights team.
In an effort to bring glory back to the show Kapil has been rushed back from the US to pick up lost threads. Says a source, “The last two episodes when Arshad Warsi and Sajid Khan substituted for Kapil, never quite took off. Kapil has been summoned back for some SOS recording.”
According to reports, Kapil was not happy when the channel shifted his show to 10.30 pm slot to accomodate a reality show. There is some friction between him and the channel and efforts are being made to sort them out soon. Meanwhile, other channels have offered Kapil to air the show and he may just say a 'yes' to them.
