Hyderabad: Justice M.S.K. Jaiswal of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday dismissed an application moved by TD legislator A. Revanth Reddy, accused in the cash-for-vote scam, seeking permission from the court allow him to stay in Hyderabad by relaxing bail conditions.
He submitted that he had to perform the marriage of his daughter in December and take care of his business in city. Earlier, the HC ordered that he should confine himself to his Assembly seat in Mahbubnagar district during the bail period.
