Of late, Vishal has been involved in several charitable activities. After helping school children with education, conducting the wedding of poor women and raising his voice for stray dogs, he has now extended his help to Paravai Muniyamma, the folk singer-turned-actress who debuted with Dhool.
After learning through an article in a vernacular magazine that she has been sick and does not have the money to buy medicines, Vishal arranged to pay for her hospital expenses. “I spoke to Muniyamma’s family and told them that I would take care of her medical expenses till she recovers from her ill health,” Vishal told DC.
