Aadhi to play baddie in Allu Arjun’s next

Rakul Preet Singh is playing the female lead

Hyderabad: It is no secret that Tollywood directors mostly show interest opting for Tamil heroes as baddies in their films. Previously, actor Shaam played a negative character in Ravi Teja’s Kick and recently, Arun Vijay has signed Ram Charan’s new project and now, the latest to join the bandwagon is actor Aadhi. The actor, who was seen recently in Yagavarayinum Naa Kaaka, will play a baddie in Allu Arjun’s next untitled Telugu flick. Rakul Preet Singh is playing the female lead.

Sources say that Aadhi has been approached for the role of a villain as director Boyapati Srinu liked his performance in his last film. Apparently, the director felt he would be appropriate to play a role with grey shades. However, the official announcement on this is awaited. Aadhi’s performance in Yagavarayinum Naa Kaaka was lauded by critics and audiences too. The untitled flick, to be produced by Geetha Arts, will go on the floors soon.
