With the following hacks, you can effectively treat a few problems at home
The stress and rigour of daily life often causes unexplained problems, not to mention countless foot blisters and cracks. These solutions may be the most natural, but they are certainly easy to carry out.
We know how terrifying blackhead removal sessions are. For a quick solution to treat stubborn blackheads, a paste of one part baking soda, one part toothpaste and two parts water can help get rid of them. Apply the mixture with a toothbrush and scrub lightly. If applied every day before bed, blackheads will disappear soon.
If you’ve been suffering from those end-of-day feet aches that sap the energy off you and have been putting off the pedicure appointment, then the easiest way out is to grab something from the refrigerator! Take a frozen bottle from the fridge and place it on a flat surface. Sit on a straight-backed chair and roll it back and forth with your feet. This can reduce pain in a matter of minutes.
If you’ve been dealing with cracked feet and blisters, thanks to a new shoe that needs to be broken in, try covering the area with duct tape, instead of using up a whole set of band-aids. Just slide a piece of paper between the wound and the tape, to protect it from glue.
Your neighbourhood beautician may give you the best head and neck massages at the end of the week, but if you are looking for a quick fix to debilitating migraines, then place a frozen bag of peas at the base of your neck. The pain will lessen considerably.
