Ranbir Kapoor resumes shooting for 'Jagga Jasoos' with Katrina Kaif

'Jagga Jasoos', Anurag Basu’s first co-production with Ranbir Kapoor, has been in news for some time now. As the film’s release has been delayed further, the team will be rigorously shooting for the next couple of weeks. We got our hands on few pictures from the sets, posted by child actor Amey Pandya. Ranbir can be seen sporting a clean shaven look and a white collared t-shirt.

Reportedly, after shooting 60 per cent of the film, the makers had decided to alter the storytelling format of the film. This is because 'Jagga Jasoos' was to be a full-blown musical with conversational songs spread across the narrative, but the filmmakers recently found out that Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is also making a musical called Mirziya, where the lead actors sing their hearts out.

The film also suffered a blow when Govinda, who was roped in to play Ranbir’s father, abandoned the project. ‘Jagga Jasoos’ will be made into a trilogy, similar to other popular detective series.
