Hyderabad: Telangana IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao went live on Twitter for over two hours on Friday evening. With 17,000 tweets and 800 followers, the hashtag #KTR/wearehyderabad was trending in the top five threads on Twitter.
Mr Rao answered a range of questions ranging from government policy to his personal favourites. He said he was a fan of superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Asked where could one get the best biryani in the city, the minister answered “all over Hyderabad.” He said the state has no hatred towards people from neighbouring AP.
One Twitter user asked him to apologise for abusing a police officer. The minister replied, “I did lose my temper. That is not something I am proud of. My apologies to the officer.”
