Producer is planning to release the film in the first week of July

Hyderabad: The superhit Tamil horror film Demonte Colony is all set to release in Telugu. Young producer Prakruthi, who had earlier released the dubbed film Pisachi and Naalo Okadu, is coming up with this film.
“We are not changing the title for Telugu as we wanted to keep the original, which is apt for the subject,” says Prakruthi. She adds that there is a Demonte house in Chennai, on which the film is based on.
“This film is a big hit in Tamil Nadu and still going strong. After the film’s release, many people turned out at this haunting house in Demonte Colony, Alwarpet, Chennai,” she says. Arulnithi, Karunanidhi’s grandson, is the lead actor in this horror film. Ajay Ganamuthu is the director, who has also provided the story.
The producer is planning to release the film in the first week of July as the technical formalities are almost complete.
