We all know that the Simbu-Hansika starrer Vaalu was lying neglected in cans for the last few years due to the financial problems of its producer Nic Arts Chakravarthy. The film got its first respite when Simbu’s dad came forward and bought the TN theatrical rights for Vaalu. Later, the state government gave a tax exemption to the film.
The icing on the cake is that Hansika has given a few extra dates to complete a song sequence which is still pending in the film. A source in the know said, “Burying all differences, Hansika has given extra dates to complete filming the duet.
Despite the fact that the makers of the film have wasted her dates on four occasions, Hansika who is busy with other films, wants to help the debut director Vijay Chander and has agreed to give four days. The shooting for the song is expected to happen in the city.”
