Mumbai rains bring Aishwarya's 'Jazbaa' shoot to halt

Director Sanjay Gupta took Twitter to express his disappointment

On Friday, Mumbai was thrown out of gear as torrential rains battered the city and its suburbs flooding several areas. Several films including 'Jazbaa' which is currently on floors, had to cancel their shoot scheduled for today. Recently Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees' was also brought to a halt with rains playing a spoiltsport. 'Jazbaa' team has been busy shooting for the film trying to get it completed within the given time. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be seen essaying the role of a lawyer in ‘Jazba’, which also stars John Abraham, Irrfan Khan, Shabana Azmi. Director Sanjay Gupta took Twitter to express his disappointment.

Mumbai monsoon chalu aur aaj apni shooting bandh. First day of our second last schedule of JAZBAA cancelled.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, was recently in France to attend 'Prix de Dian', being the the brand ambassador for Swiss watch brand 'Longines'. Ash, who has been the only Indian face for the brand for years now, had a photoshoot for their new collection Dolce Vita. The actress has even signed the dotted line of Sarabjit Singh's biopic.
