Hyderabad: For the last couple of weeks, actor Pawan Kalyan has been seen sporting a beard and long hair. It was earlier reported that the actor is doing a film called Kalki directed by A.R. Murugudoss, and that he has grown it on the advice of an astrologer.
But it turns out he has grown his hair and beard for Gabbar Singh 2. “There is an important scene in the film for which he needs to grow his beard and hair. They are canning these scenes first and once it is completed, he will remove the beard,” says a source close to the actor, dismissing all the rumours.
He adds that the actor is now concentrating only on Gabbar Singh 2 and isn’t doing any other film. The shooting of this film will start from May 29 near Pune. The source added that art director Anand Sai has created a village set and the crew will start shooting there.
