Mumbai: Anushka Sharma, who is juggling work and personal life simultaneously, will not be a part of the promotional activities of her upcoming film ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ at the IPL final in Kolkata tonight.
Due to work pressure the actress has fallen ill. Back-to-back releases of ‘NH10’ and ‘Bombay Velvet’ left Anushka exhausted. She has been advised to rest by her doctors.
"Anushka has taken ill suddenly after completing her film promotions today and has been advised by the doctor to rest completely for a day or two as she is exhausted and is showing signs of effects of heat, so that she can resume the promotional activities soon. She regrets she will not be able to travel to Kolkata as planned due to this," a statement from her publicist read. Looks like Virat, Anushka fans have to wait for sometime to see the two in one frame again. Meanwhile, the leggy lass will strech her muscles and relax for a bit.
The cast of ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ including Farhan Akhtar, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and director Zoya Akhtar and producer Ritesh Sidhwani are in Kolkata to kick-start the promotions of the film, which will release on June 5.
