iBall has launched a new budget tablet in the Indian market - iBall Slide i701, which runs on Windows 8.1 operating system. iBall Slide i701 tablet features a 7-inch (720 x 1280 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a quad-core Intel processor.
iBall also claims that the operating system will be upgradeable up to Windows 10 by the end of 2015. It offers 1GB of RAM , 16GB of in-built storage. Additionally, the onboard memory of this Windows 8.1 tablet is also expandable up to 32GB via microSD.
It also features a one-year Microsoft Office subscription, and 1TB of free OneDrive cloud storage. On the camera front, iBall Slide i701 sports a 2MP primary shooter and VGA front-facing camera. Its HDMI port allows you to connect the tablet to PC, Projector or even TV for the larger viewing experience. It also supports USB on-the-go, Wi-Fi , Bluetooth, 3G on Dongle.
iBall Slide i701 is fuelled with a 3200mAh battery and is priced at Rs 4,999 for the Indian market.
