Vidya Balan’s former personal assistant of many years, Clara Fernandez, started her own parlour six months ago. At that time she had invited the actress to launch it. But Vidya couldn’t attend it as she was in South Africa shooting for Humari Adhuri Kahaani. However, recently she made up for her absence. The actress, who is very fond of Clara, visited her parlour much to the latter’s joy. She even posed for pictures with Clara’s staff.
A source says, “Her assistant was very touched that Vidya drove all the way to Mira Road just to keep her word. The staff was very keen to do some beauty treatments for Vidya. The actress, who had to leave early, made some time to get her nails painted. Needless to say, it made everyone’s day.”
