They are the latest ‘friends’ in T’wood. They are young, in demand and have many projects lined up. Yet, they manage to take time out of their busy schedules to go together for movie concerts and to tweet to each other. No prizes for guessing, we’re talking about Naga Chaitanya and Samantha.
While the industry is abuzz with whispers about these young actors having a thing for each other, both of them maintain that they are, yes, that’s right, ‘just good friends’.
On Wednesday, the two were caught in a bit of TDA (Twitter display of affection, we just made up that word, but it perfectly sums up their conversations on Twitter).
Naga Chaitanya had posted, “Nothing like being back to where it all started for me! shooting for @menongautham sirs film, music by Rahman sir, what more could I ask fr:-) (sic)” Chay, was referring to his film Ye Maaya Chesave which also starred Samantha. To which Sam replied, “@chay_akkineni you could ask for me. (sic)” Chaitanya replied, “@Samanthaprabhuruth2 I should be asking you ... Would you like to start shoot tomorrow:-)?” Samantha replied, “@chay_akkineni double blushhhh”.
All the fans went berserk and yes there were a flood of ‘awwsss’ in the comments. We think these two make a cute couple, we’ll just have to wait and watch out for these ‘good friends’ to let us know if they are more than good friends.
