National Award winning director of Chandamama Kathalu, Praveen Sattaru is coming up with a comedy entertainer titled Guntur Talkies.
“It’s a complete entertainer with the Guntur slums as the backdrop. There is no social message in this film as he wanted to come up with a completely commercial film,” says a source.
Madhu Shalini, and Sidhu of LBW, are playing the leads while Shraddha Das and senior actor Naresh have important roles. Bollywood actor Mahesh Manjrekar too has been roped in for a key role and shooting will start soon, adds the source.
