Watch: Sonakshi Sinha begins martial arts training for 'Akira'

Mumbai: Sonakshi Sinha, who has begun working on her next, A R Murugadoss’ ‘Akira’, has begun training in martial arts as part of the film. The actress posted a video of the same on her social media pages.

The actress seems to be mastering the skill very well. According to reports, the film is said to be an emotional thriller, which will be shot in parts of Mumbai and Rajasthan. The actress will be seen performing various stunts for the first time in her acting career. The film has an underlying social message of women’s safety.

‘Akira’ is said to be the Hindi remake of the hit Tamil film ‘Mounaguru’, and will also feature director Anurag Kashyap in a negative role. The film will also feature Sonakshi’s father Shatrughan Sinha.
