Kollywood superstar Ajith Kumar turns 43 today on May 1.
Mumbai: Tamil star Ajith and his actress wife Shalini welcomed their second child, a baby boy, at a private hospital in Chennai. The 'Yennai Arindhaal' star fell in love with his wife on the sets of the 1999 film Aamarkalam and tied the knot in 2000.

The couple welcomed their first child -- a daughter named Anoushka in 2008. Twitter went abuzz with messages congratulating the actor who is fondly referred to as Thala.
