The ADATA PV110 is a 10400mAh portable charger with a 5V 2.1A power output

When constantly on the move, one needs to ensure that their electronic devices are fully charged at all times. Be it your digital camera, smartphone, tablet or portable gaming device, every electronic device that is battery powered, needs to be juiced up and ready for action. And the easiest way to ensure that is by carrying a portable power bank.

ADATA recently launched PV110 power bank. The power bank has a metallic shell with a brushed aluminium texture. It is slightly big to carry around in the hands, but pretty portable to carry in your pocket or bag. It comes in four attractive colors — blue, pink, brown and golden.

The ADATA PV110 has a capacity of 10400mAh, which according to the company can provide up to five full charges for an iPhone 5 and 1.5 charges for an iPad Mini. It is also equipped with dual USB ports that provide 3.1mAh (1.0A + 2.1A) of output. So in case of emergency, you can use the 2.1A port for a quick charge. Also the two ports allow you to fuel two gadgets simultaneously.

The ADATA PV110 features a 10-second energy saving mode, which ensures that the power bank automatically turns off when the device is fully charged or idle for over 10 seconds. Additionally, right above the charging port, the power bank sports four LED indicators that stipulate the amount of charge remaining in the power bank.

One of the appealing features of the ADATA PV110 power bank is its multi device compatibility. PV110 supports all mobile devices with microUSB ports. It is compatible with a wide variety of mobile phones, tablets and MP3/MP4 players in the market.

To ensure device safety, the power bank features six-fold protection, including over charge/discharge protection, over voltage/current protection and short circuit protection, ensuring maximum safety all of the time. In addition, the PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) protection can monitor the temperature of the battery and prevent damage to battery and the power bank from overheating.

The power bank is available at an MRP of Rs 2,800. There are other variants of the power bank available too, priced between the range of Rs 1,500 to Rs 3,000.
