In order to offer better upgraded features to Android users, Google is reportedly working on another Android version, the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. The new operating system will include better RAM and battery management system.

The tech giant plans to introduce general improvements in system stability, add the 'Silent mode' feature and solve issues related to 'Okay Google' using the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. AndroidPIT also reported that the new upgrade will enable Material Design color palette, with an extended battery life as well.

Google hasn’t revealed any information about the launch date of its next Android version. However, media reports speculate that the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS will roll out in February 2015.
