Nawazuddin Siddiqui replaces Farhan Akthar in SRK-starrer 'Raees'

Mumbai: After working with one of the Khans of Bollywood in ‘Kick’ this year, we now hear that Nawazuddin Siddiqui has bagged a role in another Khan starrer. According to reports the actor has replaced Farhan Akthar in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘Raees’.

Although the actor constantly denied replacing Farhan, it has now been confirmed. As the film’s schedule (December 2014-February2015) was clashing with Farhan’s ‘Rock On 2’ dates, it was therefore decided that he would be replaced by Nawaz.

The release date of ‘Raees’ will now depend on Shah Rukh Khan’s other film ‘Fan’ which is also slated for a 2015 release. The film may get a December release next year.
