Hyderabad: The proposed Andhra Pradesh Capital Regional Development Authority Act will have an overriding effect on all existing municipal and town planning Acts.
Legal experts say that the rights conferred to residents and landowners by other Acts will be overshadowed by the “superior” Act. The Planning Officer will also have extraordinary powers.
