Mumbai: ‘Star Wars’ fans were sent into a frenzy on Friday night as studio giant Disney released the teaser trailer of the iconic franchise's seventh episode – ‘The Force Awakens’.
The video highlights everything new about the anticipated film, that is the first of the new trilogy franchise. Fans get a glimpse of the new actors, new droid and the new weapons.
A very deep menacing voice leads fans into the 1.30minute trailer. Fans around the world are guessing that the voice that delivers the dialogue, "There has been an awakening. Have you felt it?” might just be that of British actor Benedict Cumberbatch.
The new, rolling droid is one of the cute thing we get to see in this action packed trailer with commendable camerawork.
The film has attracted generations of loyal fans ever since the first film arrived in 1977 recounting the adventures of Skywalker, Han Solo and Darth Vader.
The trailer is just the beginning to the excruciatingly long wait for December 2015, when the film will hit theatres.
