Mumbai: With the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 knocking at the door, one must be feeling nostalgic recalling Team India’s triumph at the Wankhede Stadium here in 2011.
This time, the men in blue will be defending their title in New Zealand and Australia. Let us look back and see some of the splendid things the boys did in Kiwi land once upon a time.
Our very own Virender Sehwag has the record of hitting three consecutive sixes off Tim Southee in the first over of a T20 match during the tour of 2008-09 in Christchurch - one of the venues for the upcoming mega event. Unfortunately, India lost the match but the record stays.
