Sometime back actor Ravi Teja had announced plans of teaming up with director Sampath Nandi for his next film. The film is now underway and the director has cast Tamannah as the female lead opposite Ravi Teja for the film.
“Very happy to be working with Sampath Nandi again after Racha and with Ravi Teja for the first time,” said Tamannah’s social media post. This is the first time that she is acting with Ravi Teja; she has worked with director Sampath Nandi earlier on Racha.
According to a source, there is scope for a second female lead, and a well known actress is needed for it. The makers are keen on casting Regina Cassandra in the role. Regina has worked with Ravi Teja earlier in the successful film Power.
At present Ravi Teja is busy with Kick 2 and will move on to the Sampath Nandi film on its completion.
