Salman's big plans for Dr Cabbie

Sources say he’s keen on signing the lead pair, Izabelle Kaif and Vinay Virmani
Katrina Kaif’s sister Izabelle is coming to India. Her debut film Dr Cabbie, featuring Kunal Nayyar, the Canadian-Indian actor Vinay Virmani in the title role, is breaking records in Canada. And now the film’s presenter Salman Khan has big plans for Dr Cabbie in India. According to sources, the film will be dubbed in several Indian languages. Its lead actors Vinay and Izabelle would be in India in November to promote the film.
Katrina Kaif, we hear, will not be a part of her sister’s promotional campaign.Says a source, “Salman is definitely signing Izabelle and Vinay for a home production. It could be a film where he will star opposite Izabelle. As for Vinay, after Sooraj Pancholi in Hero, Salman will be presenting Vinay as the next Gen-X star.” Vinay has been getting the kind of reviews in Canada that no other actor of Asian origin has received in recent times.
Writes Canada’s most popular newspaper Toronto Star, “With his handsome features and soulful eyes, Virmani is a natural leading man, exuding a sort of quality that endears him to an audience and draws them into his character’s plight.” Vinay says he is numbed and humbled by praise. “Dr Cabbie is a story that connects with generations of Indians abroad who have struggled to keep their head above water. I never expected such praise.
The film is a success across the cultural barrier.”About Salman, Vinay says, “Salman Sir is a very generous man. He has invited me to Bollywood. We’re coming with Dr Cabbie.”
