Due to the high demand of Xiaomi handsets, the brand has now been ranked as the third-largest smartphone manufacturer. Registrations for the 4.7-inch Redmi 1S flash sale have started. Flipkart has sent out a notification that the ones who missed out on buying the smartphone on October 28 sale, need to re-register for the ninth flash sale scheduled for November 4.
Additionally, Xiaomi has also decided to add two surprises to your shopping cart:
- Lucky draw - Lucky Mi fans who were unsuccessful in getting the Redmi 1S in previous sales, will find one already in their cart. You just need to log in at 2 pm on 4th November
- 10% discount will be applicable on Redmi 1S covers, only on 4th November.
Priced at Rs 5,999, the Redmi 1S smartphone is powered by 1.6GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 SOC processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM. On its camera front, Redmi 1S sports a 8MP rear shooter/ 1.6MP front-facing camera.
The handset is packed with 8GB of ROM, that is further expandable up to 64GB and is fuelled with 2000mAh battery.
