Tirumala: A mother and her one and half year old baby boy were electrocuted to death near the TBC queue lines at Tirumala on Monday. According to information, a pilgrim group of six persons hailing from Tiruvallur in Tamil Nadu was on a pilgrimage to Tirumala and was heading for the darshan of Lord Venkateswara on Monday evening.

A woman in the group walking towards the queue lines along with her little son came across a 440 volts junction box and an earth line nearby not visible with water stagnated due to heavy rains.
