Bigg Boss 8: Soni Singh eyes for a wild card entry after being evicted
The journey of Bigg Boss season 8 is full of surprises and it is less likely that the show is staged. With strong contenders getting evicted on each succeeding Weekend ka Vaar, chances of maintaining a strong foothold in the house seems to be bleak.
This week’s eviction came as a shock to not only us but to Soni Singh as well. Soni who was evicted from the BB house was a strong contestant and she was not expecting her eviction so early in the game. “I was not expecting this at all…seriously on Friday I gave it a thought that maybe I can get evicted but the thought left my mind as soon as it entered.” Living inside the Bigg Boss house is a lifetime experience for Soni. “It was great; you cannot even expect something like that to happen until and unless you stay in a Bigg Boss house. The only problem we face there is of food, especially tea.”
Soni’s near to perfection look in the BB house won many hearts, when asked how she managed to maintain her composure after spending a month in the house she says, “It was difficult, I finally came on the verge of repeating my clothes. We asked Bigg Boss to send our clothes but everything happens according to protocols there.”
Soni Singh shared that Bigg Boss house is full of positivity but to gain promos out of situations and also to make the show spicy, the show is projected in a different way than it is in the house. “Everyone is very friendly, we sing while cooking, we used to talk for hours in the bathroom area, we used to eat chocolates at night chup chup ke (secretly). I love the whole house and have no issues with anyone.”
The past week saw a wild storm in the house not that there was a dearth of it, thanks to Gautam. The wild card entry Ali seems to take things to his stride after becoming the captain but Soni doesn’t seem to mind that at all. “For a long time we have been waiting for a captain and Ali is quiet good at his job. 70 per cent he does his work well but he should seriously consider quitting on his singing spree” says she.
The episode with Salman Khan was not as lucky as Soni would have thought when the customary caller from the viewers raised questions on Soni and Upen’s relationship. “Shubahngi (the caller) hurt me and Upen both. I am thankful to her that she raised this issue as if that has been shown to the viewers then I should know about it. I take Upen as my brother and even with my brother I am very cool around him. We know that our brothers won’t mind us being our usual self around them” she said. Although Soni is out of the game, she still eyes to make a re-entry through the wild card and we wish her all the luck.
