Hyderabad: The shooting of the upcoming Mahesh Babu film, directed by writer-turned-director Koratala Siva, will start on October 9 and the latest buzz from the film’s unit is that Kollywood actor Sampath Raj is joining the film’s cast.
Sampath Raj has played negative roles in films like Mirchi, Run Raja Run and Loukyam. The director and Sampath have worked together earlier in Mirchi and it looks like the actor will play the role of the main villain.
The film is touted to be an action entertainer and Koratala Siva is said to have written an exciting character for Mahesh Babu. The film has Shruti Haasan playing Mahesh Babu’s love interest.
