Everyuth launches India’s first face wash at Rs 1

Mumbai: Zydus Wellness Ltd, a subsidiary of Cadilla Healthcare Ltd, announced the launch of India’s first Face Wash at Rs 1. The Face Wash is aimed to the masses and will allow the user to buy a single-wash sachet, priced at a mere Rs 1.

The event was held in Mumbai with Nargis Fakri, the brand ambassador for Everyuth Naturals unveiling the product. Nargis was spotted wearing a specially designed dress, made with one rupee coins. The dress was designed, especially for the event, by renowned designer Neelu Oberoi.

Everyuth Naturals Advanced Tulsi Turmeric Face Wash uses a combination of Tulsi, turmeric and Nano Active to prevent pimples and reduce marks, dark spots and blemishes.

Speaking at the launch event, Elkana Ezekiel, MD Zydus Wellness Ltd, said, “With Everyuth face wash sachets, we want to create a totally new segment in the category to drive exponential growth. We launched Advanced Tulsi Turmeric Face Wash at Rs 35, in March 2014, to open up a new popular segment. Now with Rs 1 sachet, which is the first ever in the face wash category, we are again pioneering a breakthrough. This sachet will make face wash accessible to the masses and drive penetration in the category.”

Unveiling the product, Nargis said, “It is a unique offering from Everyuth Naturals. Since the prices of products are going up, launching a face wash at Rs 1, which prevents pimples, reduces marks and blemishes, is a gift to the masses.
